UK Delivery
Standard UK Delivery
- Standard UK delivery is £4.95 Tracked 48
- Next Day Delivery from £8.99. Available Monday - Thursday before 2pm.
- Free UK delivery is available on orders over £85.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.
- During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where applicable.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide.
International delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by their local customs authorities.
EU Orders
From July 2026, EU orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import charges regardless of order value. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order if you are unsure about potential charges.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Some products are available as pre-order or made-to-order items.
Estimated delivery times are displayed on the relevant product pages and are provided as a guide only.
As these items are ordered or produced specifically for you:

Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or cancelled once purchased.
Returns & Refunds
Your Right to Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, smoke, pet hair or any condition that prevents resale.

How to Return an Item
Please contact us before returning your item.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Reasonable return postage costs will also be reimbursed where applicable.

Order Cancellations & Consumer Rights
UK Customers
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving their goods.
EU Customers
Under the EU right of withdrawal, EU customers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the final item in their order without giving a reason.
