If you find the same item advertised at a lower price elsewhere, we will do our best to match the price.
How to Request a Price Match
Please email us with the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- A link to the competitor’s website or product page
- A screenshot of the product and advertised price where possible

Price Match Conditions
To qualify for a price match:
- The item must be identical in brand, colour, size and style.
- The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The competitor must be a genuine UK-based retailer.
- The price match request must be made before placing your order.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Sale or clearance items
- Auction websites or marketplace sellers
- Flash sales, discount codes or limited-time promotions
- Pricing errors or pricing exclusive to loyalty schemes
- Out-of-stock products
We reserve the right to decline a price match request where the offer does not meet the above conditions.
