What is Clearpay?

Clearpay is a payment service that allows customers to make purchases instantly and pay in 4 automatic instalments every 2 weeks, interest free.

The service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd.

How Does Clearpay Work?

Simply shop on our website and proceed to checkout as normal.

  1. Add your chosen items to your basket.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Select Clearpay as your payment method.
  4. You will be redirected to the Clearpay website to complete your order.
  5. If you already have a Clearpay account, simply log in to continue.

Clearpay accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.

Who Can Use Clearpay?

To use Clearpay, you must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over
  • Be a permanent UK resident
  • Have a valid UK billing address
  • Have a valid UK payment card

Additional eligibility criteria may apply. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account or use Clearpay.

How Are Payments Scheduled?

Clearpay automatically splits your order total into 4 equal instalments, payable every 2 weeks.

Your payment schedule and instalment dates will be shown before you confirm your order.

You can also make early payments at any time by logging into your Clearpay account.

What Happens if I Miss a Payment?

If you miss a payment, Clearpay may charge late fees and temporarily pause your ability to make further purchases using the service.

Clearpay currently charges:

  • An initial late fee of £6
  • An additional £6 fee if payment remains unpaid after 7 days

Late fees are capped depending on your order value.

If you experience payment difficulties, please contact Clearpay directly as soon as possible.

We encourage customers to use Clearpay responsibly.

Delivery Information

Orders placed using Clearpay are processed and dispatched within our normal delivery timeframes, just like any other order.

Is There a Spending Limit?

Yes. Your order value, including shipping, must meet Clearpay’s minimum and maximum transaction limits.

Your approved spending limit may vary depending on factors such as account history, payment history and whether you are a new customer.

Can I Use Discount Codes with Clearpay?

Yes. Promotional codes, gift cards and discounts can usually be used alongside Clearpay, subject to our normal terms and conditions.

Returns & Refunds with Clearpay

Orders placed using Clearpay follow our standard returns policy.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back through Clearpay.
  • Any future instalments may be adjusted or cancelled.
  • Any payments already made may be refunded to your original payment card.

Please note that until your return has been received and processed by us, you are still responsible for making your scheduled payments to Clearpay.
