Delivery Information

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 working days. UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 working days, depending on the delivery service selected at checkout.

Please note that pre-order and made-to-order items have estimated delivery times shown on each product page.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout, subject to order cut-off times and courier availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and local delivery services.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please also check your junk or spam folder if you cannot see your dispatch email.

Pre-Orders & Made to Order

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes. Many of our Spanish and European children’s wear collections are available by pre-order due to limited production runs and high seasonal demand.

How long do pre-orders take?

Pre-orders usually arrive within the estimated timeframe stated on the product page. Many made-to-order Spanish collections take approximately 6–8 weeks from the closing date, although this can vary by brand and season.

Can I order in-stock items with a pre-order?

Yes, but if you order in-stock items and pre-order items together, your full order may be dispatched once all items have arrived. If you would like in-stock items sent sooner, please place a separate order or contact us before ordering.

Are pre-order or made-to-order items refundable?

Pre-order and made-to-order items are specially reserved or produced for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. Please check the product description carefully before ordering.

How do your sizes run?

Spanish and European children’s wear can vary slightly by brand and style. Many Spanish brands are a smaller fit than standard UK sizing, so we often recommend sizing up if your child is between sizes or you prefer extra growing room.

Do your dresses have stretch?

Many of our smocked dresses offer a flexible fit due to their hand-smocked bodices. However, fit can vary by design, fabric and brand, so please check each individual product description.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and returned in their original condition.

Can sale and clearance items be returned?

Sale and clearance items can be returned for store credit or exchange only unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Are made-to-order items returnable?

No, made-to-order items are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless faulty, as they are specially made or reserved for you.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us before returning your item so we can guide you through the returns process. We recommend using a tracked or recorded postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that do not reach us.
