Clearpay

Clearpay allows eligible customers to split their purchase into 4 interest-free instalments paid every 2 weeks.

How Clearpay Works

  1. Add your items to your basket.

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. Select Clearpay as your payment method.

  4. Complete your order through Clearpay.

  5. Pay over 4 equal instalments.

Clearpay Eligibility

To use Clearpay you must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over

  • Be a UK resident

  • Have a valid UK billing address

  • Have a valid UK payment card

  • Meet Clearpay's approval requirements

Important Information

  • Clearpay is an unregulated credit agreement.

Flexible Payment Plans

Secure Your Order with a 20% Deposit

Our Partial.ly Payment Plan allows you to reserve selected new season items with a small deposit and spread the remaining balance over manageable weekly payments.

How It Works

  1. Add your chosen items to your basket.

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. Select Pay Via Partial.ly Payment Plan.

  4. Pay a 20% deposit.

  5. Spread the remaining balance over weekly payments.

  6. Once fully paid, your order will be dispatched.

You can log into your Partial.ly account at any time to manage your payments.

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

By selecting a Partial.ly Payment Plan you agree to the following terms:

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Minimum order value is £65.

  • Payment plans are available on selected new season collections only.

  • Plans may run for a maximum of 8 weeks from the order date.

  • Weekly payments must be maintained throughout the payment period.

  • Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.

  • Delivery charges will be added at checkout.

  • The agreed purchase price remains fixed throughout the payment plan.

  • Payment plans cannot be transferred to another customer.

Missed or Defaulted Payments

If payments fail repeatedly, your payment plan may automatically default.

Where a payment plan defaults:

  • Your order may be cancelled.

  • Reserved stock may be released for resale.

  • Payments already made, including the deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All payment plans must be completed within 8 weeks of the original order date.

Failure to complete payments within this period may result in cancellation of your order.

Returns & Refunds

Klarna & Clearpay Orders

Orders paid using Klarna or Clearpay follow our standard Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy.

If an eligible return is approved, refunds will be processed through your chosen payment provider.

Any future instalments may be adjusted, cancelled or refunded by Klarna or Clearpay according to their terms.

Partial.ly Payment Plan Orders

Orders placed using a Partial.ly Payment Plan are non-refundable unless an item is faulty.

Please ensure you are happy with your selection before entering into a payment plan agreement.
