Returns & Refunds

At Mariposa Children's Boutique, we take great pride in offering carefully curated designer children's wear from leading Spanish and European brands. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

Returns Eligibility

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Complete with all original tags attached

  • Returned in their original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items show signs of wear, damage, washing, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Pre-order items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Clearance sale items

These products are made specifically for you or sold at a reduced clearance price and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once purchased.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service when returning goods, as Mariposa Children's Boutique cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. We will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Order Cancellations & Consumer Rights

If you are based in the EU, under the EU right of withdrawal you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving a reason.

This right does not apply to made-to-order, pre-order, or clearance sale items.

UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
